To celebrate its 25th Anniversary, Acorn asked House to compile a special digital brochure designed to showcase each and every project it had undertaken throughout its illustrious history. House Marketing completed the brochure in late 2021.

House Marketing created a digital brochure layout to showcase each of Acorn’s schemes presented in a chronological format with each five years celebrated and showcased with a timeline also pointing out other key milestones in Acorn’s history. It was a labour of love for both the Acorn and House Marketing teams in gathering assets and information from projects delivered many years ago up until the most recent schemes. Overall, the brochure featured over 70 incredible schemes delivered during Acorn’s 25 year history before then looking to the future developments in the pipeline during the early 2020s.

It was important that the concept implemented truly highlighted the achievements that Acorn had made during its 25 years. As a result it was decided to keep content clean and to a minimum allowing just the key information about each scheme to speak as testament to the scope and range of developments completed.

Said Martin Child, Creative Director at House Marketing, who personally oversaw the project from start to finish, “It was a privilege to be part of putting together a brochure to mark an incredible 25 years of Acorn Property. We have been involved with Acorn for most of their 25 years, conceiving their original strapline of “Different by Design” many years ago. It’s genuinely fantastic to remain part of their marketing family so many years on, to celebrate their numerous achievements and help them to showcase the wonderful schemes that they have completed to date. As always we look forward to seeing what Acorn will do next and we wish them a very successful 25 more years ahead.”
