helps Acorn win Residential Award

at The Bristol Property Awards

Acorn Property Group won an award for its Brandon Yard development at the Bristol Property Awards late last month. Acorn jointly won the highly competitive Residential Development category with their Brandon Yard development.

Brandon Yard is a stylish development of 58 one to three-bedroom homes located in Bristol’s stunning harbour opposite Brunel’s SS Great Britain. The development is a refurbishment and conversion of two Grade II listed stone buildings complemented with carefully designed new build apartments.

House Marketing created a full suite of marketing in support of the launch of the properties including branding, a full brochure and site signage. As the development is not yet complete the marketing materials, in particular the brochures, were instrumental in showcasing the development to the judging panel and enabling them to grant this prestigious award to Acorn.

The judging panel commented; “We are blown away by this regeneration project. Brandon Yard is accessible, beautiful and innovative. Acorn took a risk and has transformed the area.”

Said Danica Clements, Group Marketing Manager at Acorn; “I just wanted to send a note to thank you all for your involvement in the project – the branding, brochures and signage all of which were fundamental in our award submission given the project isn’t yet complete.”
