House Marketing created a marketing suite to be ready in time for the launch of Callaway Gardens last week. Despite a short lead time, the team at House Marketing rose to the challenge to create a functional and beautiful sales space for Backhouse.

 

Backhouse, a prominent developer operating throughout the south west of England, launched their stunning new Callaway Gardens scheme last week. The launch event took place in their brand new marketing suite which was designed, produced and installed over just three weeks.

House Marketing designed the full layout as well as graphics to be installed before going about sourcing furniture. The materials cabinet, to showcase a comprehensive range of options that Backhouse offers to its clients, was created as a bespoke piece of furniture designed to house the specific materials samples for the Callaway Gardens scheme. A site plan within the desk top was designed to provide the sales executives with an immediate opportunity to engage customers with plot selection.

The graphics and wall painting was designed to fit in with and reflect both the Backhouse and Callaway Gardens brands, with a dark blue wall as a prominent feature, against which the Callaway Gardens logo and branding was perfectly set off. Externally, House Marketing created signage to clearly identify the marketing suite encompassing the Backhouse brand, while adding decals to the windows to include contact information in case of visits when the suite was closed.

The launch was successful with a number of customers attending the marketing suite on launch day.

Said Georgia Greener, who coordinated the marketing suite for Backhouse, “It was a challenging job given the tight time constraints, but we were really excited to deliver it to a great standard on schedule and within budget. We think it looked fantastic and Backhouse were really pleased with the end result.”
