We wanted to reach out and let you know what we’re doing at House Marketing in response to Covid-19.
Our priorities at the moment are keeping our employees safe and ensuring there will be no disruption in service to our clients and partners.
As of today and for the foreseeable future our office remains open with skeleton staffing. Many of our colleagues are working from home to reduce exposure risk and the spread of the virus amongst our team. Each member of our team has been fully equipped with remote access to our servers in order for them to continue work on projects and maintain communication flows. All team members can still be contacted via phone or email during normal business hours.
We are fortunate to be blessed with clients with whom we have brilliant relationships. We have been working closely with all our clients to ensure business as usual where possible. We will continue to proceed with work that is already in progress and new work can also be addressed. We are working with some of our clients to create solutions to help them sell and market remotely to support their business during these uncertain times.
We are relentlessly focused on continuing to provide you with excellent customer service. We will remain available to answer any questions that you may have and our response time will be as quick as it is normally.
In an effort to reduce potential exposure to the virus, we are avoiding face-to-face meetings on site or in offices. Instead, we are arranging online and video meetings or presentations to facilitate a remote face-to-face environment.
