House Marketing have created new hoarding and signage for Welsh scheme Severn Quay giving the site a new bright and clean public face.

House Marketing have recently updated the hoarding and signage at the Severn Quay scheme in Chepstow, Wales. We have worked with developer Wynndel Property over many years since the conception of the scheme to provide a fully cohesive strategic marketing solution. The Severn Quay (7Q) development comprising apartments, townhouses and mews houses sits on the previously undiscovered stretch of the River Wye. Sitting high on the banks of the river, the development oozes luxury living, finished to the highest of standards.

House Marketing consistently work closely with our clients to ensure all the developments on which we work have fresh and up to date marketing solutions throughout the lifetime of each scheme. We aim to ensure the external signage reflects the finished product that is being sold and the latest marketing messaging. House Marketing designed different options for the client to refresh the signage on site and breathe new life into the scheme.

The design that was chosen for the hoarding and signage incorporates the key sales messaging and aims to generate enquiries and visits to the marketing suite. The quality of the signage and its design reflects the high-class specification and construction of the development to ensure synergy between marketing and product. The hoarding design was carefully crafted to draw attention and stand out to by-passers.
