House Marketing have created a new branded look for property developer EastCo Homes. EastCo Homes, a property developer operating in Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire are renowned for delivering high quality family homes. The logo and brand styles that EastCo Homes was using needed bringing up to date to more accurately mirror the high quality schemes that they develop.
House Marketing have created a new brand for EastCo Homes. Drawing on the heritage of the original brand, House Marketing have integrated features of the past brand style into the new logo that has been created to ensure continuity and recognition for existing EastCo customers. The new logo design makes use of rich and strong colours and included an update to the graphic styling. In addition the font styles were changed to create a more modern and professional looking logo.
House Marketing also created a full set of brand guidelines for EastCo Homes to stipulate how the brand should appear in each instance, from the size and aspect of the logo through to the style of imagery appropriate and fonts and accent colours. Every possibility of use of the brand was considered to provide a fully comprehensive set of instructions enabling a consistent and polished marketing approach. A full set of stationary was also designed to provide a cohesive suite of presentation materials for EastCo.
