Our in-house studio had to create an impactful sign to sit motorway side for a new scheme being marketed by Linden Homes. The overall design was painstakingly considered to maximise impact but we also carefully considered the size of the copy and other essential elements.
The traffic on a motorway is fast moving, meaning when passing the sign, it is important for by-passers to be able to capture the relevant information the information had to be legible and easy to consume.With this in mind our designers ensured lettering was of a readable yet sensible size and copy was kept clear and concise. We then adapted the motorway signage artwork to incorporate the new Linden Homes corporate branding.
The final result was a readable, clear sign, with an obvious connection with Linden Homes and effective communication of the key USP’s of the scheme.

New marketing suite at Chapel Gate, Netherhampton
