The House management team visited the Severn Quay scheme in Chepstow this week as part of a series of visits to clients old and new in Wales and the South West.
The House team visited the Severn Quay scheme in Chepstow yesterday to see the incredible progress that had been made on the first phases of the scheme and to check the latest hoarding installation.
After a meeting to discuss the marketing of the next phases of the scheme, the team were treated to tours of one of the duplex apartments as well as the carefully designed executive penthouse with jaw dropping views across towards the historic Chepstow Castle.
House Marketing have been responsible for the branding and marketing of the Severn Quay scheme since its inception, creating associations with key luxury brands that reflected the quality of the design and finishing of the scheme, crafting a magazine to showcase Chepstow and Monmouthshire as a destination as well as creating stunning marketing suites and sales collateral.
“The properties at Severn Quay are truly stunning” commented House Marketing’s Jeremy Hinton. “Unlike many new homes, they are genuinely spacious and offer substantial storage and light. We can’t wait to see the next phases as they are developed and look forward to coming up with innovative and luxury marketing solutions as each of these new phases comes to market.”
