Tatewood is an online estate agency that is coming to market with a new approach. It will combine the best of the traditional approach of the high street agency with the effectiveness, speed and value of an online service. Tatewood is based in the Watford area and plans to grow into the surrounding regions as soon as its reputation is established.

A few weeks ago, we published a blog about the new Tatewood website – www.tatewood.com. This was the beginning of a gradual launch into the market which is now picking up speed. Our marketing campaign has been designed to introduce Tatewood to property buyers, sellers and landlords at a predetermined speed to maximise the impact. We created a campaign for Tatewood called ‘The Tatewood Effect’. The concept behind this campaign was to show the elation and happiness people experienced when selling, letting, buying or renting through Tatewood.

The Tatewood website also continues in its development with new features being added in our phased releases every couple of weeks. One of the latest releases saw the inclusion of a Savings Calculator for lettings and sales fees through Tatewood which are just a fraction of the commissions payable to a traditional estate agent.

Last week saw the first billboard go up at Fiveways Corner where the M1 converges with the A1 and A41. The Watford Observer also published last week and featured an eye-catching full-page advertisement. An additional advertorial will be in this week’s publication. Radio advertising on Heart is also due to kick off shortly.
