Tip 1: Don’t Feel at Home
Build a positive work environment for yourself. Make sure you have a working home environment that you feel motivated in. Try not combine where you relax with where you work, this can make each working day blur into your home life creating a chaotic routine. Treat each day as closely as you can to your usual daily routine, take a lunch break, keep the TV off during working hours and so on.
In order to keep motivated, it is important to set out what you aim to achieve each day. Writing a list that you can tick off as you complete each task will motivate you and remind you that although you are adapting to working in a different environment, you are still achieving your goals.
