Engaging with your customers and prospects on social
Regular management of your social profiles is essential to keeping up engagement with your followers. There is no point in having an active social profile if you are not going to engage and respond to those who are interacting with your posts.
In order to make the most of the interactions your social profiles are attracting, it is important to engage with your audience. This can include replying to messages or questions, liking or responding to comments and showing appreciation for those that are taking the time to interact with you.
You can also share with your followers your appreciation for companies you work closely with, this could be tagging their social pages in your posts in the case of joint projects or if they had supported you with your marketing. You should also comment on their posts and share where relevant.
Interacting with those that do with you will also increase your following, if you are known as a responsive company more times than not this will be shared through word of mouth, hopefully resulting in more traffic and engagement to your social pages.
