Tip 5: Say Hello!

What are you doing in order to be social and keep in contact with your clients? Try and be social. At this uncertain time social interaction, albeit barred in person, is key to keeping yourself sane. Be sure to have several calls, video chats or conversations each day. This includes utilising your emails. It’s important to maintain a good connection between you, your customers and your colleagues. This will benefit your mental state when working.

When being social, arrange set times and stick to them, being reliable and committed will provide reassurance that you are committed to your clients and doing all you can remotely to continue business as usual where possible.
