Show Home Photography for Fairview New Homes

House Marketing have been appointed to provide photography of Fairviews new show homes for marketing purposes.

House Marketing have been undertaking regular photoshoots of Fairview’s latest show apartments when new sites open for sales. The photographs are then used for a wide range of reasons including website use and property portals, brochures and other marketing.

We carefully set the area and lighting to get the most flattering images of the space that will help the sales team to showcase the homes through marketing activities with a view to increasing viewing bookings.

Our most recent shoots have taken place at The Lane in Tottenham and Discovery in Highams Park.

At The Lane, Tottenham, a scheme of 1 – 3 between apartments we secured photography of the interiors capturing the room layouts and including close ups of elegant finishing features and specification. With the weather on our side, we were also able to capture views from the generous balconies. 

The shoot at Discovery, Highams Park included interior photographs of their studio to three bedroom units using a combination of the natural light and our specialist studio lighting to secure the best visuals. We also captured panoramas of the stunning skylines showcasing the vast green parks and forests within a stones throw of the scheme.
