House Marketing have redesigned and updated the floor plan and specification brochures for the Naturally Woodlands scheme in Brynna, South Wales to coincide with the launch of the Phase 2 properties.
House Marketing have worked on the Naturally Woodlands scheme since its initial Phase 1 launch and originally put together a full marketing and promotional suite of materials to support the sales efforts for the scheme.
Phase 2 of the scheme is now ready to be launched and so the Naturally Woodlands developer reached out to update and refresh the materials for the scheme. We redesigned the brochure layout to create a fresh and current style and re-drew the floor plans and created a new site plan to show the Phase 2 units. The result was a modern set of collateral that can now be used by the sales team to promote the new homes.
We are now in the process of updating the main scheme brochure to create a consistent brand style between all of the materials.
