When Linden wanted to launch two of their new home schemes to their priority database, House Marketing created a bespoke invitation design and facilitate its printing to invite VIPs to book a priority viewing.

House Marketing have created invitation designs for two of Lindens new homes schemes, Falfield Grange and Saxon Gate. Our invitation design solution provided an unusually sized invitation to grab attention when it arrived through the letterbox while also being suitably sized for posting. The design also incorporated elements of the Linden Homes corporate branding style, but with the addition of classic styling suitable for an exclusive invitation.

Importantly, the design needed to also communicate the Linden Homes approach to providing Covid-safe and socially distanced viewings of the new show home and marketing suite for customers as part of the invitation.

Subsequently to the design and production, the invitations were distributed to the Linden priority database for the two schemes. This provided VIP customers with early access to view the new show homes that had recently been completed.
