House Marketing have kitted out a marketing suite for the new Saxons Gate scheme by Linden New homes.
Late in March, we designed, procured and installed a marketing suite for Saxon Gate, a scheme of stylish and energy efficient 3, 4, and 5 bedroom new houses for sale in Wickwar, South Gloucestershire.
Our solution included defining the layout of the marketing suite to meet Covid safe requirements as well as providing the optimal selling environment. We planned and sourced the furniture to complement Linden New Homes branding for the marketing suite including building in substantial storage to enable the sales team to keep a neat and clear environment while also creating branded graphics for the door and entry mats.
Our design team also created comprehensive selling support graphics for the walls including a large site plan graphic and unit information.
Once designed and produced, our expert decoration and installations team decorated the space, painting the walls and installed the graphics and built in furniture before placing the freestanding furniture according to the designed layout.
