House Marketing has created yet another CGI Flythrough for Tide Construction to showcase its Great Court scheme near London Bridge.

House Marketing was tasked by Tide Construction with creating a new CGI Flythrough from architectural models for its student scheme Great Court on St James’ Road, London. The flythrough video was intended to showcase the scheme, in particular the student common areas that included a large common area, on-site cinema room, study rooms, fitness centre and reception. The scheme is under construction and it was intended that the flythrough be used by management company CRM to support the securing of advance lettings for the scheme by students who will start university in the Autumn.

Beginning with carefully crafting a path through the common areas of the scheme, House Marketing set about to give an accurate and appealing visual representation of the scheme. The flythrough started with the common areas moving through each space to carefully show the key features before showing existing still CGI provided of the rooms and some drone footage taken from the site to give an impression of its location and demonstrate its vicinity to the City and Canary Wharf.

Once rendered, the CGI flythrough then had music added as well as captions and other visual effects in order to create a cinema worthy finished result.
